HP TouchPad features

The HP TouchPad was a webOS-based tablet from HP. Introduced in July 2011, TouchPad features were a 9.7″ 1024×768 screen, Webcam, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular GPS (A-GPS), and a display stand that served as a wireless charger. Seven weeks after its introduction, the TouchPad was discontinued, and after the price was dramatically reduced, all remaining units flew off the shelves to be retrofitted into Android tablets (see Android ROM). TouchPad apps were downloaded from the Palm App Catalog online app store, which was later removed.

The HP TouchPad comes with the following features: 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core APQ8060 processor, Qualcomm Adreno 220 core graphics capability, 16GB or 32GB storage, Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with WPA, WPA2, WEP, 802.1X authentication, Bluetooth wireless technology 2.1 + EDR with A2DP Stereo Bluetooth support, 9.7-inch diagonal LED-backlit multi-touch display (capacitive), Front-facing 1.3MP camera and digital microphone for live video calling, 6300 mAh (typical) lithium-polymer battery, charger/MicroUSB connector with USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, 3.5mm stereo headset/headphone/microphone jack and 1GB memory.
